Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with www.azurasoftware.com, site-related services and/or content or information contained within the site is to stop using the site and/or its services. IF AZURA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS founds customer business is Invalid or not trustworthy, services will be terminated immediately and it will be intimated to the nearest POLICE STATION [Under Salem Jurisdiction].

 

Source Codes and Original Files are Copy Righted to the Azura Software Solutions, We are service providers, customers have no rights to get the Source Files & Original Files. When the customer feels they want to discontinue our services, we will stop the website or software as per our convenient time and methods.

 

 

Void Where Prohibited

Although www.azurasoftware.com is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed or referenced on www.azurasoftware.com are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. www.azurasoftware.com reserves the right to limit the provision of any product or service to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction it so desires, in its sole discretion and to limit the quantities of any such product or service that it provides. Any offer for any product or service made on www.Azurasoftware.com is void where prohibited.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AZURA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or access content, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from transactions entered into through or from azurasoftware.com, the unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or any other matter relating to the service, even if Azura Software Solutions has been advised of the possibility of damages.

 

 

Hosting Policy

Azura Software Solutions provide shared hosting for client website on the basis of their requirements at an annual cost. Azura Software Solutions don’t provide any info regarding the control panel to any of our clients as it is our company policy.  Azura Software Solutions is not a Hosting / Solution provider, we are the vendor. All rights to the control panel rest with Azura Software Solutions. Domain Name & Hosting Prices will be varying every year based on the Dollar Conversion. There are no Fixed Fees for Domain and Hosting.

 

 

Domain & Usage Policy

All the Customers are Requested to Provide the ID Proof, Company Registration Documents,  Photos [Including Partners] while registering Domain Names. All the Domain Names registered for the Customers/Users/Visitors/Clients are copyrighted to AZURA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS will rent out the “Domain Names” on Yearly/Annually to the Customers/Users/Visitors/Clients. Azura Software Solutions will have sole rights to stop the Domain Names at any time without prior notice if the Customers/Users/Visitors/Clients do not meet the guidelines for the Cyber Crime Domain Policies. Customers are purely responsible for the payment, taxes for the Domain Rentals. If the customer fails to pay the rental within the expiry period domain will be expired and services come to fail.

 

 

Confidential Information

Each party agrees not to use and/or disclose Confidential Information received from the other party except as allowed under these Terms or otherwise set forth in a Letter of Agreement.

Each party will not disclose Confidential Information to any third party, other than to its directors, officers, and employees under a duty of confidentiality, without the other party’s prior written consent. Each party shall maintain the Confidential Information of the other party in confidence using at least the same degree of care as it employs in maintaining in confidence its own proprietary and confidential information but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care.

 

Fees

The company shall pay all Fees as specified in the Letter of Agreement. Unless otherwise stated in the Letter of Agreement, (i) Fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupee (INR); (ii) Fees are based on Programs, Products and/or Services purchased and not actual usage; and (iii) with the exception of termination for Cause by Company, or as may otherwise be stated in the Letter of Agreement, all Programs, Products and Services are non-cancellable and all fees are non-refundable.

Invoicing

 Unless otherwise stated in the Letter of Agreement, Azura Software Solutions will deliver an invoice to Company for the full amount of the Fees. If any portion of an invoice is disputed, Company will pay the undisputed amounts, and the parties will reconcile the disputed amount in good faith as soon as possible.

 

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, and duties imposed by any governmental or taxing authorities. Company shall pay all sales, use, duties, and other taxes including, without limitation, Value Added Taxes (VAT) or Goods and Services Taxes (GST) that are lawfully imposed (and for which no exemption is available), and if Azura Software Solutions pays any such taxes on behalf of Company, the Company shall reimburse Azura Software Solutions for such payments.

 

Financial Transactions and Taxes

If you make any financial transactions on www.azurasoftware.com, including paying for network services fees, product placements, products, or services, you may be asked for a credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current and that you will pay all charges owed, including any applicable taxes. You agree that you are solely responsible for any personal income reporting and tax payments required of you by applicable government authorities. Azura Software Solutions shall collect a cost agreed from the client for maintenance of the site.

 

Termination

Azura Software Solutions reserves the right to discontinue in whole or in part any portion of www.azurasoftware.com services or programs with or without notice.

 

Independent Investigation

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit member referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this user agreement. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in azurasoftware.com or its programs and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statements other than as set forth in this agreement. Disputes will be restricted to Salem jurisdiction.
